New owners of Gambro
On June 2, 2006 it was announced that Indap AB, jointly owned by Investor and EQT, had acquired Gambro. The Gambro share was de-listed from the Stockholm Stock Exchange in July 2006 and the last trading day was on July 19, 2006. Since then, a new Gambro has taken shape, in which the three former business areas –Gambro Renal Products, Gambro Healthcare and Gambro BCT – have become independent companies. The largest business area, Gambro Renal Products, takes the Gambro name. Recently, on May 2007, an agreement to sell Gambro Healthcare to the private equity firm Bridgepoint was signed.

Offer to Gambro Shareholders
indap AB (jointly owned by Investor and EQT) announced on June 2, 2006, that all conditions to the offer to the shareholders in Gambro AB have been satisfied and that the offer is unconditional. Indap reached 92.8% of the shares and 95.4% of the votes and completed the offer.
